Refund policy

Products once sold cannot be returned back. We only send replacements if the product is defective or damaged and in an unused condition as we ensure the product is safely and securely delivered maintaining utmost quality and standards for each of our products.

For any unforseen reason, If you have received a damaged product please write to us at hello@koachbox.com to facilitate replacement of the product, within 48 hours of receiving the order. We ask that you include unboxing video or images of the product showing the damage to help our quality control team authenticate the damage claim. Once approved, we will initiate the replacement for the product. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellations:
You have the option to cancel your order, provided it has not been dispatched from our fulfillment center. To initiate a cancellation, please send a cancellation request via mail with your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center, it cannot be cancelled. We process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery, and this means that once the shipment is in transit, cancellation becomes unfeasible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If approved, we will deliver a replacement for the damaged / exchanged product within 15 business days. 

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
